Introduction:
Adopting a new and efficient air dissolution equipment - microbubble generator, replacing traditional air introduction equipment to dissolve air into water, and installing several inclined air flotation devices in the air flotation area
The pipe group, including the box, scraper, and spiral discharge machine, together form a complete air flotation water purification device. In theory, the treatment effect of air flotation is not directly related to the residence time, but only to the air flotation area. If the air flotation zone at water depth H is reduced to water depth H/10, the air flotation distance and residence time will be reduced by 10 times, which is the "shallow pool theory". The purpose of adding inclined tubes to the air flotation zone is to increase the air flotation area, greatly reduce the Reynolds coefficient, avoid air flotation in turbulent flow, create a good laminar flow state, and achieve the effect of shallow air flotation.
Similarly, when the density of suspended solids is greater than 1, the installation of inclined tube groups will result in shallow pool sedimentation, allowing sedimentation to occur under turbulent conditions. Pollutants with larger particle size and higher specific gravity that are not easy to float will concentrate in the mud collection area, achieving the goal of water purification.
Maintenance:
Dissolved air flotation is suitable for treating water with low turbidity, high chromaticity, high organic content, low oil content, low surface active substance content, or rich algae. Compared to other air flotation methods, it has the advantages of high hydraulic load and compact tank body. However, its complex process, high energy consumption, and loud noise from the air compressor also limit its application
1、 Check whether the inlet sewage pump and reflux pump of the dissolved air flotation machine are frozen during work every day, including lubrication and oil filling of the water pump, tightness of the packing, sealing of the bottom valve, and oil filling of the air compressor.
2、 Check whether the air filter of the air compressor has frozen, in order to determine whether the air compressor is operating normally and whether there are any noises or heating phenomena.
3、 Check whether the transmission part and scraper of the slag scraper have hardened or broken in cold conditions to avoid affecting its use.
4、 Pay attention to the mixing and storage tanks of coagulants to avoid freezing, and conduct small sample tests frequently.
5、 Inspect the valve pipelines of each device to prevent blockage, and place them in the "on" or "off" position as required.
6、 When stopping the machine, the water must be drained completely to avoid freezing and blockage.
